Shipping policy

At this time we offer curbside pickup, $5 local delivery (within 8 km) and standard shipping throughout Canada through UPS or a similar carrier. Shipping within Ontario or Quebec is a flat fee of $10 for orders under $120. Shipping to the rest of Canada is a flat fee of $20. Over $120 before tax is *free! *Shipping to remote destinations may not be eligible for free shipping and/or may be charged additional shipping fees.

For curbside pickup, you will be contacted when your order is ready to pick up. You can pick it up anytime Tues to Sat 10am - 6pm or Sun 11-4pm (excluding holidays). Call when you arrive to pick up, and your order will be brought out to you.

Local delivery (within 8 km), all local deliveries will be made once a week. There is a $5 fee or this service. Over $120 receives free delivery! Choose the "free shipping over $120" to receive free shipping. You will be contacted through email regarding when your parcel will be delivered. Please check your junk mail if you don't hear from us. Addresses considered to be remote locations by Canada Post may be subject to additional shipping fees at our discretion. You will be contacted in this case. 

*Free shipping for orders over $120 before tax. Choose this method if this applies to you! Some restrictions apply -- items that are unusually large or heavy (ie the Grimms Stepped Pyramid or a Pikler Triangle ) may be charged additional shipping fees. You will be contacted in these circumstances. Addresses considered to be remote locations by shipping carriers may be subject to additional shipping fees at our discretion. You will be contacted in this case. *Shipping to remote destinations may not be eligible for free shipping and/or may be charged additional shipping fees.

We will do our absolute best to prepare orders for shipment through UPS or applicable service within three business days. Once they are in the shippers hands, delays are out of our control.

Shipping is only available within Canada at this time.
